iPhone Duo price in the UK and US, by storage size

Official iPhone Duo prices for every storage option in the US and UK, plus how to compare carrier, trade-in and resale prices.

Updated 17 October 2026 · CodeCasa Studios

The iPhone Duo is Apple's most expensive iPhone yet. Here are the official prices for each storage option, how they compare across the UK and US, and how to work out what you will really pay.

Official prices

StorageUS (Apple)UK (Apple)
256GB$1,999£1,999
512GB$2,199£2,199
1TB$2,599£2,599
2TB$3,199£3,199

US prices come from Apple's announcement and coverage at launch; UK prices are as listed on Apple's UK online store in October 2026. Both colours, Star White and Night Sky, cost the same.

Why the UK number matches the US number

At a glance, the UK figures look the same as the US ones, just with a different symbol. They are not like-for-like: US prices exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout and depends on your state, while UK prices include 20% VAT. With exchange rates on top, direct comparisons are rough at best.

Is the bigger storage worth it?

You cannot add storage to an iPhone later, so this is worth a moment's thought:

The jump from 256GB to 512GB is $200/£200; 1TB to 2TB is $600/£600.

Ways to lower the cost

Resale prices

Resale listings in launch weeks are usually well above Apple's price. If you are tempted, read our guide to buying an iPhone Duo on eBay first. A price far below Apple's for a new phone is a red flag.

Don't pay $5000. If you can wait for your local Apple Store to receive stock, you pay Apple's normal price. Stores receive deliveries every day.

What iPhone Duo Finder costs

Our alert service is separate from the phone: a one-off £5 to be told when your store has any iPhone Duo, or £10 for your exact configuration. The fee pays for the alert, not the phone. Nobody can guarantee you a unit. We charge in GBP everywhere, and PayPal shows the converted amount before you pay.
